This kid was either defending himself from a dangerous 3-year old or trying to protect his future liberties from a known future islamocommunofascist. Wonder when the Open Carry nutjobs will be lobbying for kids to pack heat to protect themselves from their playmates?

Can we get rid of the 2nd Amendment, please? It really appeals to the worst in our society — and I can imagine allowing guns at home without having a Constitutional Amendment about it.

As a strict constructionist I believe we must have the second amendment. We must have, and we should have it exactly as the founders intended – muzzle loaded muskets should not be regulated! Everything else, well thats not what the original intent was, now was it?
