Why are you surprised? for 8 years he wiped his ass with the Constitution. For 6 1/2 years he wiped his dick with the nation of Iraq.
Given that he immediately asked for hand sanitizer after he shook hands with President Obama and now this could he be he has a thing about touching black people? I know I have seen pictures where he was fascinated with rubbing the heads of black men, did he wipe after that too?

It’s wrong on 2 levels – the obvious black-o-phobia…and also…why the hell doesn’t he wipe his hands on his own fucking shirt? Bill should just slap him.
