Sarah “Death Panel” Palin reveals that she is an erstwhile socialist medicine tourist, and anti-gay rights crusader and Repug California State Senator Roy Ashburn admits that he is more gay than Adam Lambert.

She isn’t the only one. A couple of years ago I moved to Canada and continued in my line of work as IT consultant. I had one project with CIHI (The Canadian Institute for Health Information). There I learned that there are million more OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) cards in circulation than there are Canadians in Ontario.
Now I don’t begrudge some poor slob the care but the numbers actually add up to a huge attack on Ontario’s treasury. And we are talking big bucks here. 45% of my income tax goes towards health care.
I don’t think it’s OK that Canadians have to subsidize the health care for millions of Americans who never have nor ever will pay into the system.
Canada should make a big stink over this admission of Palin and send a bill for reimbursement with added interest. (Not that this lame government of Harper’s will ever do such a thing).
