Well to be honest, it isn't exactly opposite, as they make claims for sustainability too (recapturing phosphorus, using solar energy, etc), but opposite in spirit at least, abandoning the land for growing food in sky scrapers. No one is doing more to find a way for humans to sustainably live live rich lives in a healthy landscape.
