Priceless, but this tree doesn’t fall in the forest unless someone confronts Peggy Noonan on camera and makes her own those words. And that’s not going to happen because Noonan is about to disappear for several days.
On the plus side, I have a gut feeling that Palin is going to creep out as many independents as the number of fundie deadenders she inspires. I cought a really weird Reese Witherspoon in Election sociopathic vibe from her. Am I alone here? On the minus side, she may be even more dangerous as a wingnut martyr.

Funny you should say that ‘the exile.’ I watched her acceptance speech tonight. She came across with amazing self-confidence and poise. She is no cheerleader. On the other hand, I too was really creeped out by her pretty-faced reactionary fanaticism – she seemed like a female Damien a couple of times.
