Yes, our "CEO President" has run the country just like he ran all the other businesses that his daddy's money and contacts handed him: he surrounded himself with yes-men, and ran the country into the ground. Interestingly, what the Republicans forgot was that Bush was also running the Republican Party. Now that Bush has cratered the Republican "brand" as well (what pilots call "screwing the pooch"), John McCain is left to stand at attention while the Republican Party slowly sinks into the Marianas Trench.
