Woodrow Wilson is the President there, Jeff Davis is VP (really just a chair cooler until Cheny tips) with NB Forrest as the house boy. The most unique feature to Whites Only Hell is its location - it is just beneath The outhouse of Heaven where people of color always have first dibs on a prime seat to loose their bowels.
