I think that we should round up all of the disgruntled voters that want to secede and create a “homeland” for them similar to how the UN created a “homeland” for the Jewish (now called Israel.) We can put them in the middle of a desert (hey, Isreael is in the middle of a desert, isn’t it?) And surround it with 50 foot walls and barbed wire and 100 foot wide moats filled with mines and alligators. Refuse to trade with them, refuse to give them financial aid, make them print their own currency, build their own roads and bridges, provide for their own disaster relief, their own defense, etc. That way they can TRULY say “I built that” and be honest about it. People so full of racism, hatred and greed have no place in our society. Good bye and good riddance!
There were a few attempts in the past for at least the Libertarian minded to move ‘en masse’ to a state and take it over politically. I’m all for that, it might free up some other state for progressives if enough of them move. However, they seem to be all talk, as usual. Blah blah blah Liberty blah blah blah Guns blah blah blah Birth Certificate yadda yadda yadda.
