Spot on, greenboy. It makes my blood boil that, in the wake of the shootings, pundits are trotting out “both-sides-are-guilty” excuses and Rethugs are collectively clutching their pearls and backing away in shock.
Bullshit.
When you have years of media idiots inciting their minions and rightwingers yelling “Take back our country” and “reload” and when you have targets on a map — including one for Gabrielle Giffords — you’ve legitimized the climate of hate and violence to enable the crazies to take action.
